Every Cottonclaas order is hand-packed in our atelier and shipped with care. This policy explains our domestic shipping zones, charges, and delivery timelines. We currently ship only within India. If you have any questions, our concierge is just a message away.
1. Coverage
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through our logistics partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post for remote locations). Deliveries to certain PIN codes — including those served exclusively by India Post or those in restricted zones — may take additional time. We will notify you at checkout if your PIN code is not serviceable.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping: ₹249 on orders below ₹5,000; free on orders of ₹5,000 and above.
- Express shipping: ₹499 flat, available on select PIN codes.
- Cash on Delivery: ₹49 handling fee in addition to shipping (where available).
All shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. The charge is determined by the delivery PIN code, the order total, and the chosen shipping method.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2–3 business days (express) / 4–5 business days (standard).
- Tier-2 cities: 4–5 business days (express) / 5–7 business days (standard).
- Tier-3, rural, and NE regions: 7–10 business days.
Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, festivals, or force majeure events.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 14:00 IST on a business day, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation with the tracking number once the order is dispatched.
5. Order Tracking
You can track your order in three ways:
- The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Your account dashboard, under “My Orders”.
- Our public Order Tracking page — no account required, just your order number and email.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier, which typically takes 3–5 business days.
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
7. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. We plan to introduce international shipping in 2027 and will update this page when it becomes available.
